Event Type

We (Anna & Peter) would love to share a couple of our favourite local trails in a one-day Mountainbike adventure.

We start in Davos Dorf at 11 am and we plan to ride the Chörbschhorn trail in the Parsenn area, one of the most iconic trails of the area. If you still have energy left after the trail, we always have additional options ;))
(*It depends a bit on weather & conditions)

We intend to use the cable car (so you’ll need a ticket for that), and there will still be some additional uphill involved. It’s only a couple 100m overall, but they are pretty steep and really high up (>2000müM). A few parts need to be walked (no carrying bike necessary). The treat you get is an incredibly cool trail, it’s definitely one of our favourites, as well as some awesome coffee&cake at the Stafelalp.

Important to know:
To join us, you need to be comfortable biking on S2 trails with an occasional S3 passage. We are no official MTB guides, so please be aware you need to be able to look after yourselves and your safety. AND we’re happy to help and tell you all we know about mountain biking our home trails, of course.

Who is this for?
Intermediate-level (plus) mountain bikers who prefer downhill over uphill and are looking for some flowy alpine trail fun along with nice convos & connection.

Meeting Point:
Davos Dorf in front of the Parsennbahn station, a couple minutes from the railway station.

Getting there:
From Zurich HB, take the IC3 at 08:38 from platform 8 (please check platform in advance). You will arrive in Davos Dorf at 10:53. Don’t forget to make a bike reservation in advance!

Cost:
You will need a single ride ticket. We can help you to get a ticket once you arrive (for 45.-) , or you can book a day ticket in advance on www.davosklostersmountains.ch for 55.- total (human+bike)

Hi! I moved to Davos a couple years ago because I LOVE all sorts of Alpine sports. I also love conversations & getting to know people and this seems like the perfect place ?
